Karen
Karen is passionate about dogs and has shared her life with may rescue dogs over the years. Her ginger buddy Charlie is getting on for 13 years old, but he still likes to train and keep an eye on our guest dogs.
At the Camomile Centre in Devon, Karen trained and supervised dogs used in therapeutic programmes for adults and children with disabilities and mental health issues. Karen also managed and taught animal care NVQ and BTEC diplomas to staff and students on placement at the Center.
A Kennel Club qualified Rally Obedience Judge; Karen is one of the Team Managers of the Midlands Rally Obedience team which compete at Crufts each year. She is also a qualified Kennel Club examiner for the Good Citizen Dog Training Scheme which aims to provide “a quality standard of training for dogs and owners, and incorporates many domestic obedience exercises”.
Karen is a Scentwork UK approved Judge and Trainer and little Charlie has won and been placed in many competitions. This activity is becoming very popular as all dogs no matter what size, age or breed can get involved and benefit from this tiring, but fun activity. Karen runs weekly daytime classes; please email for more information.
Natasha
Natasha joined RBC Petcare in 2014 after her studies at Moreton Morrell college and has a level 3 diploma in Animal Welfare and Management. Natasha is a real animal lover (except spiders) and has both dogs and cats at home. She has experience of managing dog behaviour and likes to implement training on the walks. She loves to create bonds with the dogs through games, training and cuddles obviously! So be warned she will be the first to cry if they ever leave us…
With an interest in photography and creative mind, she enjoys capturing the fun and natural moments with the dogs and putting a smile on owners faces with our seasonal photoshoots and doggy birthday parties!
Amy
Amy joined RBC Petcare in 2023, having completed a level 3 diploma in animal welfare and management at Moulton college. She enjoys being out and about with the dogs no matter the weather, as well as relaxing at home with her little dog Dexter. She has enjoyed getting to know all the dogs since working here and has been developing her training through additional courses and hands on experience.
Charlie
Charlie came to work for RBC Petcare in August 2009. He is in charge of quality control of all dog treats and snacks in the business.
